Job Summary
CallLink Support is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Telecallers. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries to provide voice-based customer support, promote services, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident speakers, persuasive communicators, and eager to build strong client relationships—all from the comfort of home.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.

Promote products or services when applicable to achieve sales or performance targets.

Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Accurately update customer records in the system after each interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).

Experience
