Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Technical Support Analyst to join our IT team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be the first line of support for internal and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance for a wide range of IT systems, software, and hardware.
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to technical support requests via email, chat, or phone and provide effective solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices.

Collaborate with IT team members to identify recurring problems and implement long-term solutions.

Document issues, resolutions, and support requests accurately in the ticketing system.

Provide guidance and training to end-users on system usage, software features, and IT best practices.

Assist in system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor and report on IT system performance, security, and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.

Understanding of network protocols, LAN/WAN, VPNs, and cybersecurity principles.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and IT asset management is a plus.
Experience

0–2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role is acceptable for fresher-level positions.

Experience with troubleshooting IT issues, configuring systems, or managing networks is an advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
