Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for application-related issues through email, chat, and phone channels.

Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to identify, escalate, and resolve technical issues.

Document incidents, solutions, and known issues in the knowledge base for internal and external use.

Monitor application performance, report anomalies, and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.

Assist in application deployment, configuration, and testing as needed.

Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand and resolve technical issues effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems and familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL).

Basic knowledge of software development processes, APIs, and web applications.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.

Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism.
Experience

0–2 years of experience in application support, customer support, or IT helpdesk roles is acceptable. Fresh graduates with strong technical acumen are encouraged to apply.

Experience interacting with clients or end-users to resolve technical issues is a plus.
Working Hours

Full-time role with flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.

Occasional shifts may be required to provide timely customer support for critical issues.
