Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage affiliate marketing campaigns that align with business goals.

• Identify potential affiliate partners and establish strong, long-term relationships.

• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, landing pages, and campaigns for affiliates.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging affiliate marketing strategies.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of affiliate sales, commissions, and performance metrics.

• Provide support and guidance to affiliates to improve their performance and engagement.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to affiliate campaigns or partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.

• Knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking software, and performance analytics.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.

• Prior experience managing affiliate programs, partnerships, or campaigns is highly desirable.

• Experience with online marketing metrics, tracking systems, and campaign optimization.

Working Hours

• Flexible work-from-home schedule.

• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (adjustable based on productivity and deadlines).
