Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a creative and strategic Remote Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels) to boost audience engagement and brand visibility.

• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply best practices to improve content and engagement.

• Analyze metrics and generate monthly performance reports to track growth, engagement, and ROI.

• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to align social media strategies with business goals.

• Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and contests.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly to maintain a positive online community.

• Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, collaborations, and growth initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to create visually appealing content with basic graphic design or video editing skills.

• Knowledge of social media advertising, SEO, and online brand management.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is preferred.

• Freshers with demonstrable skills and a strong social media presence are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote role; some coordination with team schedules may be required.
