Cruise Ship Jobs is seeking motivated and reliable Bar Utility Staff to join our dynamic onboard team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders and beverage staff with the preparation and serving of drinks.

• Restock beverage stations, bars, and storage areas to ensure uninterrupted service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bar and beverage areas.

• Collect and wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment efficiently.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors.

• Support the team in setting up and closing the bar area, including cleaning and organizing supplies.

• Assist in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a friendly and professional service experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.

• Basic understanding of beverage service and bar operations.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry moderate loads.

Experience

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time, with shifts varying based on operational needs.

• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required onboard.
