Job Summary
The Bell Staff plays a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for our guests aboard the cruise ship. This position involves assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their cabins, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their journey. The ideal candidate is courteous, attentive, and able to handle physical tasks efficiently while providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring safe and timely transport to their cabins.

Escort guests to their cabins, providing information about cabin features, ship amenities, and safety protocols.

Maintain accurate records of luggage delivered and handled.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous manner.

Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of luggage areas, corridors, and guest access points.

Uphold the ship’s safety, security, and hygiene standards while performing duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
