Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Activity Coordinator to join our cruise ship team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of engaging activities and events for guests onboard. You will ensure passengers have an unforgettable experience by fostering a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. This position requires creativity, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee daily and special events, including games, workshops, performances, and themed parties.

Engage with guests to encourage participation and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Coordinate with other departments (entertainment, food & beverage, housekeeping) to ensure smooth execution of events.

Maintain accurate records of activities, guest participation, and feedback.

Monitor safety and compliance standards during all activities.

Assist in promoting events through announcements, flyers, and onboard media.

Adapt activities to cater to guests of all ages and cultural backgrounds.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns related to events or programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or Recreation is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience:

Working Hours:
