Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, ideally in luxury hospitality or cruise ship environments.

• Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain guests.

• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities in fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.

• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in beverage preparation.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude, reflecting the brand’s high standards.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in high-volume or luxury settings.

• Cruise ship experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in hosting cocktail events, themed parties, or guest interaction programs is an asset.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Availability for extended working hours during peak events and cruise itineraries.

• Ability to work in a rotational schedule onboard the ship.
