Job Summary

OceanGlide Cruises is seeking a meticulous and proactive Travel and Visa Support Agent to join our Cruise Crew Processing Centre. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all crew members’ travel documentation, visas, and related arrangements are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional organizational skills with strong interpersonal communication, providing seamless support to crew members and internal teams to facilitate smooth international travel and compliance with immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end travel and visa processes for cruise crew, including documentation verification, visa application submissions, and travel arrangements.

  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and travel agencies to expedite visa approvals and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of crew travel itineraries, visa statuses, and related documentation in internal systems.

  • Coordinate with HR, operations, and payroll teams to ensure crew members meet all regulatory and company travel requirements.

  • Provide timely updates and guidance to crew regarding travel, visa, and compliance requirements.

  • Assist in preparing reports on visa processing timelines, delays, and travel compliance metrics.

  • Stay informed on global visa regulations, immigration policies, and travel advisories affecting crew mobility.

  • Resolve travel disruptions or visa issues swiftly and professionally to minimize operational delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of international travel, visa regulations, and immigration compliance.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel management software.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving aptitude.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination, visa processing, or HR support within the maritime, hospitality, or international travel sector.

  • Previous experience supporting multinational teams or crew members is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may include occasional extended hours to meet urgent travel deadlines).

  • Remote or hybrid work options may be considered based on operational requirements.
