Job Summary
OceanGlide Cruises, a leading name in luxury maritime travel, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective cruise staff, managing inquiries, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless communication experience. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with strong organizational abilities to support our recruitment operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective cruise crew members regarding job opportunities, application status, and general inquiries.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and follow up promptly on pending queries.

Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to provide real-time updates on candidate pipelines.

Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for all applicants.

Assist in generating reports and tracking recruitment metrics to support HR decision-making.

Resolve candidate concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.

Experience

Prior experience in a call center, recruitment, or customer service environment is preferred (1–3 years).
