Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data analysis as required.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.

  • Support HR and accounting teams with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and invoice processing.

  • Ensure proper organization of office space, files, and databases for easy accessibility.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Experience

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Occasional flexibility may be required to meet deadlines or support special projects.
