Job Summary

ConnectVoice Support is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic inbound call centre team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for proactive individuals with excellent communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.

  • Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors as needed.

  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and policies.

  • Contribute to team goals and participate in regular training sessions to improve performance.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and company guidelines in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call centre software.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in handling inbound calls, support tickets, or client queries is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible shift options to cover weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

  • Standard shifts range from 8–10 hours per day, depending on operational needs.
