Fresher Job is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Part-Time Customer Support Executives to join our dynamic team. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and courteous assistance to our customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a positive experience and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Address customer complaints, questions, and feedback professionally and efficiently.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain updated records in the company database.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to remain patient and professional under pressure.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and procedures.

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply; prior customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Experience with CRM tools or call center software is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time, flexible shifts available.

  • Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 4–6 hours per day.

  • Weekend and evening shifts may be required depending on operational needs.
