Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in company systems.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

  • Provide product and service information to customers clearly and concisely.

  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and quality standards in all communications.

  • Continuously improve performance through feedback, coaching, and self-learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or helpdesk support is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Flexible schedules may be available based on operational needs.
