Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical problems.

  • Document all interactions and solutions in the company’s support system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams when necessary.

  • Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve product performance.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and technical updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications.

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and technical problem-solving.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to remain patient and professional with customers.

  • Comfortable with multitasking and working under minimal supervision.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus.

Experience

  • No prior experience is required; freshers are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time schedule: typically 4–5 hours per day.
