Job Summary

Fresher Job is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing construction projects in Singapore. This role is specifically open to Indian workers who are looking to advance their careers in the construction sector abroad. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines. This is a critical role that bridges on-site operations and project management, requiring both technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out according to approved plans and safety standards.

• Manage and guide a team of construction workers, including labor allocation, task assignments, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company quality standards.

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and report updates to senior management.

• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Prepare and maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation related to construction progress and workforce performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Manager, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of construction procedures, material handling, and site safety practices.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project plans.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Basic proficiency in computer applications related to project reporting and documentation.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision or site management, preferably with international project exposure.

• Hands-on experience managing Indian construction workers in a multicultural environment is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with standard site working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• Flexibility required for occasional overtime depending on project demands.
