Job Summary

Fresher Job is seeking vigilant, responsible, and disciplined Security Guards to join our team in Singapore. This role is ideal for Indian workers who are motivated to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets within various commercial, residential, and industrial environments. As a Security Guard, you will act as the first line of defense, monitoring premises, managing access control, and responding effectively to incidents, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to maintain security and safety of premises.

• Control access to facilities, verifying credentials of visitors and employees.

• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or incidents.

• Conduct regular inspections and report any irregularities or security breaches.

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations.

• Provide assistance and guidance to employees, visitors, and residents as needed.

• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of security protocols and emergency procedures.

• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.

• Physically fit and able to perform patrols and stand for extended periods.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in security or military services will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time positions available, including day, night, and rotational shifts.
