Fresher Job is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic BPO team in Singapore. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, representing the company professionally while delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote products or services.

  • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets or lead generation goals.

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.

  • Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain service excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively engage clients.

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic.

Experience

Working Hours
