Job Summary
Mediclinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Operations Manager to lead and oversee our HR operations, with a specific focus on staffing, talent acquisition, and compliance management. The ideal candidate will ensure that our workforce processes are efficient, legally compliant, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and operational best practices.
As the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing recruitment cycles, overseeing employee onboarding, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing HR initiatives that enhance workforce performance and engagement. This is a critical role in maintaining a high-performing and compliant workforce within Mediclinic.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding.

Oversee staffing processes to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements across all HR processes.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage workforce planning.

Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports on workforce trends, turnover, and compliance.

Manage HR teams and ensure performance standards are met through coaching and mentoring.

Serve as a point of escalation for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

Support organizational change initiatives by advising leadership on HR best practices.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in HR operations management, preferably in healthcare or large-scale organizations.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3–5 years in an HR managerial or operations leadership role.

Hands-on experience in staffing management, compliance oversight, and HR policy implementation.

Experience in healthcare HR operations or a similarly regulated environment is highly desirable.
Working Hours

Full-time position

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
