Job Summary

Fresher Job is seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Designer to join our growing product team. This role is fully remote within the EMEA region and offers the opportunity to shape the user experience of innovative digital products used by thousands of people globally. As a senior member of the design team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design processes, creating intuitive user interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and user experience strategy for core product areas from concept to final delivery.

• Translate business requirements into elegant, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously refine design decisions.

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure product consistency.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, supporting their professional growth.

• Advocate for user-centered design practices and contribute to shaping the overall design culture of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven track record as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer with at least one role at a senior or staff level.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.

• Solid understanding of interaction design principles, user research methods, and usability best practices.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in product design, including at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role.

• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale design projects from concept through implementation.

• Prior experience working in remote, global, and cross-functional teams within tech or product-driven companies.

Working Hours

• This is a 100% remote position open to candidates within the EMEA time zones.

• Flexible working hours with core collaboration overlap required between 10 AM – 4 PM CET.
