Job Summary

Fresher Job is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant or Contracts Administrator with strong proficiency in German and English. This role involves supporting administrative tasks, managing contracts, and ensuring seamless communication with German-speaking clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and able to balance multiple priorities while working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts in both German and English.

  • Support the legal and administrative teams with contract-related documentation.

  • Maintain accurate digital records and track contract lifecycles.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

  • Translate documents and communications between German and English when required.

  • Act as a liaison between the company and German-speaking stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements.

  • Perform general virtual assistant duties such as calendar management, data entry, and document preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German (native or near-native level) and strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of contract terminology and basic legal processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Contracts Administrator, or Legal Assistant preferred.

  • Experience working in an international or multilingual environment is an advantage.

  • Freshers with strong language and organizational skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working schedule.

  • Standard business hours with some overlap required with Central European Time (CET).
