Job Summary

Netflix is seeking detail-oriented and passionate Taggers to join our global content team. As a Tagger, you will watch and analyze video content to accurately categorize and tag titles based on genre, themes, mood, and other attributes. This ensures that our recommendations engine delivers a personalized experience to millions of members worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Watch assigned video content carefully and evaluate it for genre, theme, storyline, and mood.

• Accurately assign metadata and tags to content for categorization in Netflix’s recommendation system.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy while processing large volumes of content.

• Provide feedback and insights on content when required to enhance the tagging process.

• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.

• Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Experience

• No prior professional experience is strictly required; however, experience in content analysis, reviewing media, or a related field is a plus.
