Fresher Job is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Retail Customer Support team. As a Retail Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people, with flexible options for morning or evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with product questions, order placement, returns, and exchanges.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes.

  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest improvements for service quality.

  • Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with customer service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply; prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Any experience in retail, sales, or call center operations will be advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Flexible shift allocation based on availability and business needs.
