Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Encode and tag digital assets such as images, videos, and text according to company-defined standards.

• Maintain consistent metadata and classification accuracy across all content types.

• Review, audit, and update existing digital files to ensure proper tagging and categorization.

• Collaborate with content teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

• Follow content management protocols and maintain data quality standards.

• Identify and correct tagging inconsistencies or errors.

• Support team leads with special projects related to content organization and digital asset management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Information Management, Media Studies, or any related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent English reading comprehension and typing accuracy.

• Ability to follow detailed tagging guidelines and classification structures.

Experience
