Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant – Data Management to support our data operations remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and organizing large datasets while assisting with administrative tasks that contribute to efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, enter, verify, and update data into company databases or spreadsheets with high accuracy.

  • Manage and organize files, documents, and digital records for easy accessibility and security.

  • Assist with preparing reports, summaries, and data presentations for internal use.

  • Conduct data validation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness across systems.

  • Support various departments with administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and documentation.

  • Perform basic data analysis to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information at all times.

  • Coordinate with other team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of data-related projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, cloud storage platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), and task management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or virtual assistant roles.

  • Fresh graduates with strong computer literacy and an eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote schedule (Monday to Friday).

  • Part-time and full-time positions available depending on project requirements.

  • Must be available for regular virtual team meetings and status updates.

  • Knowledge of basic database management principles and data protection regulations.

  • Ability to analyze information quickly and identify data discrepancies.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
