Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking to align with SEO best practices.

• Track, analyze, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

• Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO strategies are effectively implemented.

• Monitor site speed, mobile optimization, and overall web performance to enhance user experience.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and web performance techniques.

• Develop and maintain monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.

• Identify link-building opportunities and manage outreach efforts to increase domain authority.

• Support A/B testing and data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates and traffic quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in SEO, web analytics, or digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO principles.

• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (WordPress preferred).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO and website performance optimization.

• Experience in remote or freelance digital marketing roles will be considered an advantage.

• Freshers with strong technical skills and SEO knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working schedule (5 days a week).

• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) with flexibility based on project deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Core Web Vitals.
