Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly strategic and creative Global Social Media Manager and Online Community Engagement Director to lead our brand’s social presence and build a thriving online community across multiple digital platforms. This pivotal role will focus on developing and executing innovative global social media campaigns, fostering engagement, strengthening brand loyalty, and driving measurable growth in audience reach and interaction. The ideal candidate will be a digital storyteller with a strong understanding of international social media trends, data-driven marketing, and online community dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy that aligns with company goals and brand vision.

  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing across all major social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter).

  • Lead community management efforts by building, moderating, and nurturing relationships with online audiences worldwide.

  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

  • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns, track key metrics, and analyze performance to optimize ROI.

  • Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to expand reach and credibility.

  • Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Lead the global social media team and guide regional managers to deliver cohesive brand messaging across markets.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on engagement metrics, audience insights, and content performance.

  • Respond to public relations issues promptly, ensuring positive brand reputation management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing social media for international brands or global organizations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an engaging storytelling style.

  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).

  • Experience managing paid campaigns and influencer collaborations.

  • Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Creative mindset with a deep understanding of audience behavior across different cultures and platforms.

  • Ability to adapt tone and content strategy based on regional markets and demographics.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, online community management, or digital brand leadership.

  • Prior experience in leading international campaigns and managing cross-functional teams is highly desirable.

  • Strong background in data-driven social media decision-making and performance analytics.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working schedule with coordination across global time zones.

  • Primarily remote role, requiring occasional virtual meetings or collaboration across international teams.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (with flexibility based on campaigns and events).
