You will be responsible for supporting the company’s daily operations by digitizing, cataloging, and managing documents while providing general administrative assistance to internal departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform document scanning, conversion, and indexing to ensure all records are accurately digitized and stored.

  • Maintain and organize electronic filing systems for easy retrieval and security compliance.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence management.

  • Verify and validate document data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support workflow efficiency and maintain up-to-date digital archives.

  • Assist in preparing reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and tracking documentation progress.

  • Ensure confidential and sensitive data is handled in accordance with privacy and data protection regulations.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the digitization process through improved tools or practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.

  • Excellent typing and data entry speed with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

  • Familiarity with document management systems and scanning software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a virtual environment.

  • High level of organization and time management skills.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, document management, or data processing.

  • Prior experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is an advantage.

  • Experience with electronic filing systems and cloud-based tools (e.g., SharePoint, Dropbox, Google Drive) preferred.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours based on project requirements.
