Job Summary

Pfizer is seeking detail-oriented and proactive Online Moderators to support our digital platforms during weekend and evening hours. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, engaging, and respectful online environment across our community forums, social media channels, and digital platforms. This is a remote position ideal for individuals who are passionate about user experience, digital engagement, and upholding content standards. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and managing time effectively during non-traditional hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content across online platforms to ensure compliance with Pfizer’s community guidelines.

• Review, flag, and moderate posts, comments, and discussions in real time.

• Respond to user reports and escalate sensitive issues when necessary.

• Maintain consistent communication with the moderation and social media team.

• Provide clear and concise documentation of moderation decisions.

• Protect brand reputation by ensuring respectful and accurate online discussion.

• Identify trends, risks, or concerns within online communities and report accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm, objective, and professional under pressure.

• High attention to detail with a strong sense of judgment and integrity.

• Solid understanding of online community behavior and social media environments.

• Proficiency in using digital moderation tools and content management platforms.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in online moderation, customer support, digital content review, or a related role.

• Prior experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry is a plus (but not required).

Working Hours

• Remote work from any location.

• Weekend and evening shifts (flexible scheduling available).

• Part-time and full-time options depending on availability.

• Knowledge of online community guidelines, safety policies, and moderation best practices.
