Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and listening abilities.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Comfort working with computer systems, CRM tools, and airline booking platforms.

  • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.

Experience

  • No airline experience required — training will be provided.

  • Previous customer service, call center, or hospitality experience is a plus.

  • Experience working remotely is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.

  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Schedules are assigned based on operational needs and time zones.
