RCMLogic Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Freshers to join our Medical Billing & Coding team from the comfort of your home. As a Medical Billing & Coding Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately coding medical procedures, managing billing processes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations to facilitate smooth reimbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately review and code patient medical records using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.

Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on claim status.

Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and eligibility before billing.

Resolve discrepancies in billing and coding to minimize claim rejections or delays.

Maintain confidentiality of patient health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in Medical Billing & Coding is a plus.
