Job Summary:
LifeBridge RCM is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Medical Billing Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing medical billing information, maintaining patient records, and supporting our revenue cycle management operations from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update patient information, insurance details, and billing records into our medical billing systems.

Review and verify medical documents, claims, and invoices for accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with the billing team to ensure timely submission and follow-up of claims.

Identify discrepancies, errors, and missing information in medical records and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Maintain confidentiality of patient records and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Generate routine reports on billing status, claim processing, and data entry accuracy.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance data entry efficiency and billing accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, medical billing, or related field is a plus.

Proficient in medical billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10 codes, and insurance procedures.

Experience:

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
