Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, scheduling, and calendar coordination for internal teams

  • Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets

  • Assist in virtual meeting setup, note-taking, and follow-up tasks

  • Handle data entry, file organization, and digital record maintenance

  • Support HR, operations, and management with daily administrative needs

  • Respond to internal queries via chat, email, and collaboration tools

  • Coordinate remote workflows and help improve virtual productivity

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information securely

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and remote collaboration tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or similar roles

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedule available

  • Core availability required between 9 AM – 5 PM (based on your time zone)

  • Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support if needed

  • Knowledge of productivity platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Asana

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a remote setting

  • Strong analytical and task management skills
