Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Remote HR Assistant to support our growing Human Resources department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR, eager to learn, and ready to gain real-world experience in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks — all while working from the comfort of home. You will work closely with senior HR staff to help streamline HR operations and ensure a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate records.

Support onboarding activities such as document collection, orientation scheduling, and new employee setup.

Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Help implement HR policies and procedures across departments.

Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, benefits, and company policies.

Prepare HR documents including offer letters, onboarding forms, and internal notices.

Coordinate virtual meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.

Generate HR reports and assist with data entry as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (final-year students may also apply).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of HR principles and employment practices.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain high attention to detail.

Confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.
Experience

No prior HR experience required — fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Internship or coursework in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours

Fully remote position.

Flexible schedule: 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday).

Occasional weekend support during peak hiring periods may be required.
