Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Document Verification Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing documents submitted by customers, partners, or employees. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify documents for accuracy, authenticity, and completeness.

  • Cross-check information against internal records, guidelines, and external sources.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

  • Flag discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records and logs of verified documents.

  • Communicate with internal teams or external parties to resolve document-related inquiries.

  • Process, organize, and securely store verified documents in digital systems.

  • Meet daily and weekly verification targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and detect errors or inconsistencies.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to handle confidential information securely.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Experience

  • Prior experience in data entry, document review, quality control, compliance, or administrative work preferred.

  • Freshers with strong analytical skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote role with flexible scheduling.

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week

  • Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week

  • Must be available to meet deadlines and attend virtual team meetings when required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with digital documentation and cloud storage platforms.

  • Ability to follow strict documentation standards and workflows.

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

  • Comfortable working independently and reporting remotely.

  • Knowledge of verification processes or compliance workflows is a plus.
