Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Online Customer Retention Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining long-term customer relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and offering personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities
