Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily schedules, routing, and dispatching for service teams and technicians.

  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and system alerts to manage dispatch operations.

  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and tracking records in dispatch software.

  • Track deadlines and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Follow established procedures while identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient with scheduling and communication platforms (CRM, dispatch software, etc.).

Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer support, or coordination roles preferred.
