Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Freelancer Support Assistant to provide global support to freelancers working across various projects. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to assist independent contractors with onboarding, project clarification, communication, and performance-related inquiries while ensuring a smooth workflow between freelancers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for freelancers across global time zones.

Assist in onboarding freelancers, including documentation and platform access.

Provide timely responses to queries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.

Track project assignments, deadlines, and deliverables.

Resolve freelancer concerns related to workload, tools, schedules, and communication.

Maintain up-to-date records of freelancer interactions and issue resolutions.

Coordinate with internal departments to relay feedback or escalate issues.

Support payment inquiries and ensure accurate details are submitted on time.

Monitor freelance platform activity and ensure compliance with company policies.

Offer guidance to freelancers to improve workflow efficiency and quality output.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Tech-savvy with experience using remote tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, etc.)

Experience

1+ year experience in customer support, HR coordination, virtual assistance, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
