Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth scheduling between candidates and internal teams

Manage candidate communication with professionalism and accuracy

Maintain hiring pipelines and scheduling updates in applicant tracking systems

Prepare and distribute interview confirmation emails and necessary documentation

Collaborate with recruiters and HR teams to improve interview workflows

Ensure all interviews are conducted on time and follow company standards

Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information

Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly

Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Assist with post-interview feedback gathering
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus

Experience

1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment support, or administrative roles
