Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Support Executive to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for marketplace vendors and customers, ensuring smooth operations, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the growth of a trusted online marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional support to marketplace sellers and buyers via email, chat, and phone.

  • Resolve inquiries related to product listings, orders, payments, and account management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.

  • Monitor marketplace activity to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system.

  • Assist in onboarding new sellers and provide training or guidance as required.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act proactively.

  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience.

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and order management.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support, marketplace operations, or e-commerce is preferred.

  • Experience in handling high-volume customer interactions is a plus.

  • Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.) is desirable.

Working Hours

  • Flexible work schedule with full-time and part-time options.

  • Must be able to work in overlapping hours with the core team for effective communication.

  • Some weekend or evening shifts may be required depending on customer demand.
