Job Summary

As a key member of our customer success team, you will proactively manage subscription renewals, address client inquiries, and contribute to the company’s growth by maximizing renewal rates. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage subscription renewals and retention campaigns.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure timely renewals.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, renewal status, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with sales, support, and billing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Analyze subscription data and provide insights to improve retention strategies.

  • Meet or exceed monthly renewal and retention targets.

Experience

Working Hours
