Job Summary:

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Remote Billing Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with billing inquiries, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely account management while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer billing inquiries via email, chat, or phone.

  • Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and ensure accurate account statements.

  • Generate and process invoices, credit memos, and payment receipts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and customer communications.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance billing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Uphold company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Basic knowledge of billing processes, accounting, or finance principles.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.

Experience:

  • No prior professional experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Internship or volunteer experience in customer service, finance, or administrative support is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible schedules may be offered, but standard hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time).

  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak billing periods.
