Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to worldwide clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and offer practical solutions.

  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, support requests, and resolutions.

  • Monitor software performance and assist clients with updates, installations, and configurations.

  • Educate clients on software functionalities and best practices to enhance user experience.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of support documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.

  • Ensure all client interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software support, IT helpdesk, or technical customer service.

  • Strong understanding of software applications, operating systems, and common troubleshooting methods.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize issues in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting while maintaining accountability.

  • Proficiency with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and remote support tools.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in software support, IT service, or technical troubleshooting.

  • Experience supporting international clients is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions, SaaS products, or enterprise-level applications is a plus.

Working Hours

  • This is a worldwide remote position with flexible schedules.

  • Must be able to work in overlapping hours with clients from various time zones.
