Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Remote Workforce Analyst to join our growing global team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in forecasting staffing needs and scheduling optimization based on workload demand.

• Generate detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making by management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for workforce planning.

• Support ad-hoc analysis projects as assigned by senior analysts or management.

• Maintain accurate records of workforce schedules, productivity metrics, and operational changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.

• High level of self-motivation and accountability.

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in workforce management, data analysis, or operational support.

• Internship or project experience in analytics, HR, or operations is a plus.

Working Hours
