Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.

  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

  • Coordinate onboarding and training processes for new partners, ensuring smooth integration.

  • Track, analyze, and report partner performance metrics to internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues and provide solutions efficiently.

  • Monitor and document partner interactions, issues, and resolutions in company systems.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance partner support experience.

  • Assist in the development and dissemination of partner support materials, guides, and resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and partner needs.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in partner support, customer service, or account coordination roles.

  • Prior experience in remote work or virtual team environments is highly desirable.

  • Experience with technology, SaaS, or e-commerce partners is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible working hours; must be able to collaborate across different time zones when required.

  • Occasional participation in virtual meetings during core business hours.
