Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles is preferred.

  • Experience in remote work or virtual customer engagement is a plus.

  • Familiarity with tech or software solutions support is desirable but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time remote position.
