Job Summary

InboxDirect Support is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Specialist to manage and resolve customer queries through email communication. In this remote position, you will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses while ensuring every customer receives exceptional support. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in written communication, multitasking, and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email with clarity, accuracy, and empathy.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions based on company guidelines.

  • Manage a high volume of email tickets while maintaining response quality and speed.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases when required.

  • Identify trends in customer queries and suggest improvements to internal processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and confidentiality requirements.

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality support that enhances the overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.

  • Ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and with empathy.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in typing and navigating email and ticketing systems.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is an advantage.

  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in email support, customer service, or a related field (preferred).

  • Prior remote work experience is a plus but not required.

  • Freshers with strong written communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote work schedule based on business needs.
