Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy.

  • Document call details, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.

  • Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to remain calm and patient when handling challenging customer situations.

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM systems or call center tools.

Experience

  • Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or phone-based support role preferred.

Working Hours
