Job Summary

TaskPoint Federal is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Micro-Task Worker to perform small, on-demand support tasks that help enhance service efficiency across our federal-aligned workflow environment. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in completing short, focused assignments with accuracy and consistency. You will be responsible for handling brief support activities such as data verification, message handling, case tagging, and quality checks. This role offers maximum flexibility while contributing meaningfully to our operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned micro-tasks related to customer support, including message responses, call tagging, data checks, and case notes.

  • Review customer inquiries and match them to the correct categories according to internal guidelines.

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency when completing each micro-task.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and federal-compliant guidelines.

  • Report task-related issues or discrepancies to the supervising coordinator.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer and organizational information.

  • Contribute to quality improvement by identifying repetitive issues or patterns in customer submissions.

  • Participate in optional training to enhance task completion efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions with high accuracy.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including navigating online platforms and communication tools.

  • Comfortable working independently without constant supervision.

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with reliability and focus.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Experience

  • No prior professional experience is required—training and step-by-step guidance are provided.

  • Prior experience in customer service, data entry, micro-tasking, remote work, or administrative support is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Fully flexible, task-based schedule—work anytime from home.

  • Micro-tasks are available throughout the day; you may complete as many or as few as you choose.

  • No minimum hour commitment unless otherwise stated during onboarding.
